We believe technology should work for people — not the other way around.

Vivenex AI is an AI robotics company built around a simple conviction: that intelligent technology, designed well, can meaningfully improve how people live and age.

Vivenex AI was founded on the recognition that ageing populations around the world are growing faster than traditional care systems can support. Many older adults want to live independently at home — but families worry, caregivers are stretched, and existing technologies fall short. Emergency alarms require a crisis to have already happened. Wearable devices get forgotten or go unused.

We saw a different approach: what if a robot could simply be there — observing, understanding, and responding — without asking anything of the person it's supporting?

That question became Vivenex AI. Working together with AIBUILD and Shapes and Sounds, we've combined expertise in AI, robotics engineering, and human-centred care design to develop a companion robot that moves with users, observes daily activity, detects early signs of risk, and provides natural interaction — all without requiring wearable devices or changes to daily routine.

We are currently at prototype stage, working towards pilot programs with families and aged care providers. Our goal is to make proactive, intelligent care accessible to older adults and the people who support them — wherever they are in the world.

What we believe

  • Every decision — technical or otherwise — starts with the question: does this genuinely serve the people using it?

  • We build systems that anticipate and prevent, not just alert. Early intelligence is more valuable than emergency response.

  • The best solutions come from combining different expertise. We work closely with partners who bring what we don't — and vice versa.
